About the position:

This is a critical position in our company.  As the face and champion of our brand, you will manage the talent acquisition process to meet our huge hiring needs this year and beyond.  Your success will be measured by your ability to identify and hire A players to join our dream team,

Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Attract, source, screen and coordinate interviews for sales, marketing, operations, customer service, project managers, developers and programmers and interns and other non- executive level positions
  • Foster and manage relationships with our established network of universities and colleges to nurture and grow our robust internship program; manage campus recruitment programs and job fairs
  • Effectively utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn and other social media, networking, and other creative methods
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and collaborate with management to be sure we have solid job descriptions and hiring criteria for each position
  • Constantly build and maintain an exceptional pipeline of candidates
  • Provide candidates with an engaging candidate experience

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • 3 -5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools including social media recruiting
  • Strong experience building a pipeline of great talent
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment that demands results
  • Natural ability to connect with others quickly and nurture strong relationships with our university network, candidates, and our team
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulations (AA, EEO, ADA, etc)
  • Technologically savvy
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred (AA Degree at a minimum)
