Inside Sales Rep – Miami, FL
We are a stable and growing electronics distribution company seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This position is a combination of both a sales and a support role with responsibility for making outbound calls to qualify prospects and acquire customers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Make outbound sales calls from lead lists and acquire new customers and build relationships
- Work all manufacturer referrals to facilitate the sales process, qualify the opportunity and follow through to close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to insure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prospect to existing customers to increase wallet share and grow the business
- Document relevant customer data in Sales Force, manage pipeline, and customer base to insure proper contact communication
- Maintain complete and accurate database of all inbound referral customers in referral log

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year sales experience including outbound calling and closing over the phone
- General AV knowledge required with audio expertise preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Two year degree
- Excellent speaking skills
