Inside Sales Rep – Miami, FL

We are a stable and growing electronics distribution company seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our team.   This position is a combination of both a sales and a support role with responsibility for making outbound calls to qualify prospects and acquire customers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound sales calls from lead lists and acquire new customers and build relationships
  • Work all manufacturer referrals to facilitate the sales process, qualify the opportunity and follow through to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to insure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect to existing customers to increase wallet share and grow the business
  • Document relevant customer data in Sales Force, manage pipeline, and customer base to insure proper contact communication
  • Maintain complete and accurate database of all inbound referral customers in referral log

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year sales experience including outbound calling and closing over the phone
  • General AV knowledge required with audio expertise preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Two year degree
  • Excellent speaking skills
