Inside Sales – Miami, FL

We are a leading distributor of aerospace fluids and parts offering a wide range of products to the commercial, regional and military sectors.  We are seeking an Inside Sales person to join our team of talented professionals.   This key position is responsible for increasing our parts business by managing and growing our current clients as well as acquiring new accounts.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding yearly sales/GP budget quotas
  • Proactively manage current accounts (50%)
    • Maintain and increase business from existing clients
    • Respond to RFQ’s, effective quoting, follow up, sales orders, order processing
  • Develop new business (50%) through trade show leads, inquiries, and research of potential new clients
  • Build strong relationships with key buyers and purchasing managers
  • Assure effective work flow by management of Sales Support
  • Prepare invoices, shipping instructions and special handling requirements
  • Keep up to date client information in our database

 Skills/Experience/Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in aerospace parts sales
  • Proven track record of sales and achievement of quota
  • Strong telephone selling skills
  • Able to travel 25-35% both domestic and internationally
  • Bilingual is preferred
