Datamyx is a dynamic marketing information company providing a data management platform to optimize our clients’ acquisition, cross-selling and retention programs.  We are seeking to add a B2B Lead Generator to our dynamic team of business developers to support them and our aggressive growth plans.  If you enjoy using your hunting skills, developing relationships and achieving results through others, read on!

Key accountabilities:

  • Define, research and find key decision makers at the Top 100 and mid to large size companies that are considered strategic to our verticals in mortgage, auto, banks, credit unions, consumer services and insurance
  • Reach out to decision makers across multiple channels (direct email, phone calls, LinkedIn) to set up introductory call with Business Developer
  • Work closely with each Business Developer to determine their specific need and where they need the most support and assist them in moving opportunities forward
  • Determine prospective client’s current marketing strategies, their challenges, budget
  • Participate in first call/meeting to introduce the vertical specific Business Developer
  • Coordinate call with prospective client’s compliance/legal department to introduce client services
  • Work with Business Developers and Marketing Director to create collateral to support sales efforts
  • Follow up on HubSpot leads, recipients of email blasts
  • Reach out to past or inactive Datamyx clients to determine if there are new opportunities
  • Research marketing/business development tools (reports, subscriptions, etc) worth investing in and provide business development team with relevant articles and material associated with direct marketing and/or specific verticals
  • Participate in trade shows

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B lead generation or business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Experience in the banking/credit union/mortgage/insurance, education or telecom verticals highly preferred
  • Savvy with online tools such as LinkedIn, etc.
  • Skilled with a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
