 Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  •  Create and implement a robust recruitment and selection program to ensure we are adequately staffed at all times with A players
  • Develop and implement an on-boarding program for new hires
  • Proactively protect the company against liability and act as liaison with insurance and workers comp carriers
  • Ensure we are compliant with labor laws in Florida and states in which we are expanding
  • Implement an exit interview process and provide meaningful reports to management
  • Lead our benefits administration
  • Create tracking metrics for performance evaluations, salary adjustments, turnover, and certification licenses

 Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR generalist with strong experience in recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws
  • Deep experience creating and implementing HR systems and processes
  • Health related experience is a plus
  • Embrace the use of behavioral assessments
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 4 year degree is a must preferably in the HR field
  • SPHR or PHR is a plus
