This position is based in Golden, CO.

About the position:

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Horticulture, the Sr. Account Manager will provide back-end account management to our established and growing base of Horticulture customers. Your primary focus will be to review the current service structure and to develop a 30, 60 and 90 day program to make improvements that directly impact customer experience, cost, quality control and environmental footprint.  Ongoing responsibilities include ensuring each project has accurate technical materials and support and a clearly defined service and follow-up schedule.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage internal processes, including service tickets, service schedule, travel schedule, consumable and replacement materials.
  • Manage and develop SOPs and guidance documents as needed for ongoing service and support.
  • Manage and develop training programs for service and support.
  • Develop data trending and performance reporting program.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop proposals for improvement
  • Identify new opportunities to reduce cost and generate revenue through service programs.
  • Manage technical troubleshooting demonstrating understanding of the issue and quick resolution
  • Manage internal CRM platform as it relates to service
  • Weekly team reporting on service schedule
  • Quarterly corporate reporting on service program
  • Travel as necessary to accounts as required, as well as participate in industry events

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • 5+ years of account management experience including client facing roles
  • Technical experience as it relates to mechanical equipment
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems with ability to navigate and modify those systems
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to interpret P&ID, SDS, Wiring Diagrams and Control Narratives
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting (SIEMENS preferred)
  • Experience developing service programs
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time without any restrictions
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of water quality and water treatment technologies including filtration, disinfection, and sanitation.
    • Knowledge of agriculture, horticulture, controlled environment agriculture or horticulture
    • Experience with data analytics and performance reporting

Compensation:

75,000 – 90,000
