More about the role:
Reporting to the President, you will be involved in every aspect of our business at a strategic and tactical level, working directly with our senior management, acquisitions, leasing, property management, accounting and administrative teams. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR.
Snapshot of key accountabilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: develop and implement strategies to attract and hire the most qualified candidates for each job in our industry
- Onboarding: develop and implement a seamless onboarding program and experience for all company employees; be the point person for our team
- Performance Management: work with department leaders to set performance goals, conduct annual performance evaluations and address performance issues, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback
- Learning and Development: identify training needs and implement/coordinate training programs to support continuous development of employee skills and knowledge
- Employee Engagement and Retention: create a positive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and engagement
- Employee Relations: effectively address and resolve employee complaints, fostering a fair and positive work environment aligned with our core values; facilitate communication between departments
- Compensation and Benefits: ensure Saglo compensation and benefits are competitive, keeping abreast of market compensation and maintaining strong relationships with benefit providers
- Compliance: work with ADP (PEO provider) and labor law attorney to ensure compliance, stay informed and take annual continuing education courses
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience and deep understanding of the full spectrum of human resources
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Ability to travel and meet with our teams in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando once a quarter (may include other states as we grow)
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Bilingual preferred

Compensation:
$65,000 to $80,000 a year, bonus plan, absolutely outstanding benefits package
