Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, billing and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts through upselling upgrades and expansions of existing customers
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with high severity requests of issue escalations as needed

You also thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.

 

Skills/Experience/Knowledge :

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience with a service provider (such as an IT company, design agency, or marketing agency) which delivers technical, client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Prior experience in a technical field related to Web Hosting, Cloud Services such as SaaS, MSP, Service Provider, Software, etc.
  • Familiar with online applications such as DotNetNuke (DNN), Drupal, WordPress, SiteCore, Magento, etc.
  • Familiar with web hosting, website design or online services
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as SalesForce, Dynamics, SugarCRM, ZohoCRM
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/MIS preferred
