Telemarketer – Miami, Florida
We are a leading distributor of cable, connectivity and infrastructure audio visual products to the commercial AV and Broadcast industries. In business for over 45 years, we offer you stability and growth. We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team. The Telemarketer is a new full time position created to help us expand in existing and new markets. This is a marketing position requiring intensive telephone work – approximately 80 calls a day. These calls will be made to business prospects already identified by us – your job is to educate prospects on our products and services and qualify them for our sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Call business prospects to communicate our products and services
- Identify potential customers by asking scripted questions to determine if prospect is a candidate to refer to sales
- Have knowledge of company’s capabilities and be able to answer customer questions
- Obtain certain customer information and enter in Sales Force
- Document results of every call and complete all required information in Sales Force
- Follow up calls to promote new products, promos and services
- Refer qualified prospect to appropriate sales resource

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year high volume telemarketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable English speaking skills
