About the position:
This is a critical position in our company. As an ambassador of our brand, you will lead searches that will contribute to the huge hiring needs this year and beyond. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify and hire A players to join our dream team, primarily focused on technical, project management and customer service positions.
Snapshot of key accountabilities:
- Attract, source, screen and coordinate interviews with a focus on technical, project management and customer success as well as other positions when required
- Effectively utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn and other social media, networking, and other creative methods
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and collaborate with management to be sure we have solid job descriptions and hiring criteria for each position
- Constantly build and maintain an exceptional pipeline of candidates
- Provide candidates with an engaging candidate experience
Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:
- 3 + years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting recruiting for a variety of positions; technical recruiting is of value
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools including social media recruiting
- Strong experience building a pipeline of great talent
- Experience with an ATS system
- Thrive in a fast paced environment that demands results
- Natural ability to connect with others quickly and nurture strong relationships with our external network, candidates, and our team
- Knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulations (AA, EEO, ADA, etc)
- Technologically savvy
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred (AA Degree at a minimum)
- Must be able to provide proof of vaccination
