Silver Bullet Water Treatment is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales management team member to drive our business goals and provide growth strategies for our patented electro-chemical water treatment system that treats water without the use of additive chemicals for industrial water, agricultural drinking water, cooling towers, and a number of yet-to-be addressed verticals.   You will have a huge impact on our growing company by providing the leadership, management and vision for ensuring Silver Bullet builds and implements a multi-faceted sales and marketing strategy.

Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Work collaboratively with CEO and other functional heads to establish the strategic plan for the business, annual sales and marketing objectives, organizational policies and procedures for attaining business objectives.
  • Develop and manage strong sales team to address multiple verticals.
  • Develop company marketing plans to inform markets of innovative benefits of the product
  • Develop sales management systems to provide for a rapidly growing sales force
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base
  • Set objective performance standards to monitor sales and marketing performance
  • Develop marketing and branding platforms to develop the go-to-market strategy for accelerated future growth
  • Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies in water treatment
  • Monitor and understand competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • 15+ years of experience in water industry, including minimum ten years in sales management
  • Experience with specific sales funnel management and structuring sales quota and revenue expectations.
  • Experience in Dealer management
  • Experience in Direct sales management
  • Experience in field installation teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning and analysis skills to perform quantitative data analysis
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for building teams and successful business platforms
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and optimizing Sales Force ERP
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
