Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg, a full service accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team. Your strong hands-on auditing experience, combined with a can-do attitude and proven ability to work independently and multi-task, will give you the tools needed to excel at GRG. You will join an exceptional team of accountants who serve our diverse group of corporate and private clients with audit responsibility for our for-profit and not-for-profit clients.   Our ideal candidate will be able to pick up the ball and start running from day one – and not miss a beat. This is a new position in the firm to support our growing client base.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 5 years audit experience in public accounting
  • Experienced with preparation of financial statements and notes to financial statements
  • Proficient with Creative Solutions or Practice CS highly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Significant familiarity with Quickbooks
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
  • Florida CPA License
  • Audit experience with for-profit clients as well as not-for-profit clients (including tax exempt entities).
  • Audit experience with HUD multifamily, charter schools and A-133 audits, as well as defined contribution benefit plans highly preferred
  • Interest in forensic, litigation support and valuation services preferred
