Sales Support Rep – into the details?

Are you the type of person who loves details?  Great customer service skills?  Technically oriented?  If you answered yes, we would like to speak with you!   AmeriKooler, one of the world’s foremost manufacturers of commercial refrigeration equipment, is seeking a Sales Support Rep to join our team.  You will be supporting our Account Managers in maintaining and growing existing and new accounts in the day to day preparation of quotes, entering orders and following up with our customers.  Our President is a firm believer in promoting from within so your career path could include growing into an Account Manager or other roles.

  • Prepare quotations
  • Accurate order entry
  • Provide outstanding customer service with daily follow up on quotations via phone and email
  • Provide status updates and support sales growth strategies

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical or engineering experience or aptitude is highly preferred
  • Impeccable phone skills and able to write grammatically correct emails
  • Proficient with MS Outlook
  • Proven experience learning new software
  • Bilingual is a huge plus
