Sales Operations Analyst – Boca Raton, RL

Datamyx is a marketing information company providing a data management platform to optimize our clients’ acquisition, cross-selling and retention programs.  We are seeking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team of business developers to support them and our aggressive growth plans.   The purpose of this position is to provide the processes, tools and analytics for optimizing our sales performance.  If you thrive on analytics and reporting, read on!

Key accountabilities:

  • Revenue reporting:
    • Ensure that revenue reports accurately reflect our sales team budgets
    • Ensure alignment between management and the sales tea
  • Sales KPI’s:
    • Create and manage sales KPI’s as needed by the business
    • Manage entries into our CRM systems and periodically perform “clean up” of the database
    • Generate ad hoc reports to support sales management and the sales team
    • Generate proposed actions to be taken based on analysis and trending of KPI’s
    • Create dashboards to keep sales management informed of business drivers
    • Create and monitor metrics dashboards for the sales team
  • Training:
    • Assist in training sales team on the use of our CRM system
    • Create program for new hires to be sure they are on-boarded quickly
  • Financial:
    • Assist in development of sales budget and forecast
    • Provide gap analysis between budget and monthly forecasts

Skills and Experience Required:

  •  3-5 years in a sales analyst position
  • Experience with sales KPI’s  and sales and management reporting
  • Skilled with a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Bachelors Degree in Business preferred
