 Key accountabilities:

  • Handle all trade show administrative and support tasks such as registration, collateral preparation, shipment of booth and materials, organization and execution of travel arrangements
  • Collect and collate sales metrics and other information for sales reports and analysis
  • Update and build reports with our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Provide marketing administrative support for webinars and e-marketing campaigns
  • Post blogs to company web site
  • Manage sales collateral library
  • Assist with other tasks such as answering main phone, conference room support, maintaining office image, etc.

 Skills & Experience required:

  •  1-2 years experience in an administrative or marketing capacity is preferred
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Familiarity with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) is of value
