Sales Manager – Miami, FL
We are a leading distributor of aerospace fluids and parts offering a wide range of products to the commercial, regional and military sectors. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team of talented professionals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team and increasing sales to meet our aggressive growth targets.
Key accountabilities include:
- Manage sales team of 11 including training, coaching, development and performance review
- Prepare annual sales plan and forecasts
- Grow sales from existing clients, new business and managing sales peoples’ client lists
- Cultivate relationships with our top clients
- Establish, maintain and communicate monthly sales performance through meaningful metrics
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
- Continually seek process improvements to ensure response time to our customers

Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience in aerospace sales
- 3+ years experience as a sales manager managing a minimum of 5-10 people
- Excellent English; Spanish is preferred
- Ability to travel internationally 25-40%
- 4 year degree
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
