Sales Manager – Miami, FL

We are a leading distributor of aerospace fluids and parts offering a wide range of products to the commercial, regional and military sectors.  We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team of talented professionals.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team and increasing sales to meet our aggressive growth targets.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage sales team of 11 including training, coaching, development and performance review
  • Prepare annual sales plan and forecasts
  • Grow sales from existing clients, new business and managing sales peoples’ client lists
  • Cultivate relationships with our top clients
  • Establish, maintain and communicate monthly sales performance through meaningful metrics
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Continually seek process improvements to ensure response time to our customers

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years experience in aerospace sales
  • 3+ years experience as a sales manager managing a minimum of 5-10 people
  • Excellent English; Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to travel internationally 25-40%
  • 4 year degree
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
