 Key accountabilities include:

  •   New business development:
    • Prospect for new leads via cold calling, networking, and follow-up to other marketing activities. 
    • Direct qualified opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including giving remote presentations/demos,  developing proposals, and negotiating the close.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Service/Relationship development:
    • Manage the onboarding process for new customers. 
    • Ensure customer understanding of our value proposition.
    • Generate new opportunities within existing customer base (5-10% of your time).
    • Promote our product with confidence and passion.

 Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years full sales cycle experience with a record of winning new business .
  • B2B Software sales is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skilled at telephone sales and experienced in generating new leads, cold calling.
  • Consultative sales skills, adept at selling value.
  • Experience selling to financial, health care or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience selling to Operational or IT Management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Minimum four year degree preferred.
