Diligent is growing rapidly, we are ready for an awesome and trustworthy leader to help us scale and develop the best team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a robust talent acquisition process including best practices in recruitment and selection with the goal of establishing a pipeline of talent and timely filling of positions.  Leveraging a range of sourcing tactics for attracting and hiring the best talent is mission critical, including social media platforms, building relationships with universities, and attending career fairs.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • You have BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • You are able to network and establish effective working relationships, utilizing conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • You are able to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management.
  • You are self -sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • You have a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • You have a deep understanding and a proven track record of directly sourcing top talent.
  • You are a doer—you find the opportunities and you take them.
  • You like trying and learning new things.
  • You believe the key to organizational success is aligning the right work to the right people, so that both the work and the people shine
