Snapshot of key accountabilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage and attend all meetings with staff, job site meetings, client and subcontractor meetings as required and prepare and distribute all meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and manage all Change Orders for clients and trades
  • Prepare project cost analysis (budget review, costs-to-date, cost-to-complete)
  • Issue progress draws, process subcontractor invoices and pay applications
  • Review and work in conjunction with Purchasing for the buyout and scope qualification as well as identify the lead times for submittals, materials, fabrication, shipping and installation
  • Prepare, track and manage all subcontractor RFI and responses from designer/engineer
  • Review, track and manage all required project submittals
  • Prepare punch lists, tracking and execution

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in residential and retail projects
  • Ground up experience highly desired
  • At least 2 years post high school education in construction management or related field
  • High-end/luxury brands experience preferred
  • Good experience in document control (RFI’s, Change Orders, Submittals, subcontracts)
  • Good experience with job cost control, budget control, scheduling
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Timberline (or other construction accounting software), MS Project (or other scheduling software), and Procore (or other project management software)
