Snapshot of key accountabilities:
- Ensure job estimates are complete and accurate and bid deadlines are met
- Direct all pre-con activity to ensure permits are approved, contact documents are completed and essential materials orders
- Create and maintain project schedule
- Build schedule of value for project
- Identify and issue scope of work for each subcontractor
- Ensure all RFI’s, submittals and cost issues have been submitted and resolved in timely manner
- Review/troubleshoot subcontract draw requests and change order requests for submission for payment
- Conflict resolution
- Quality control throughout all processes, zero punch list goal
- Complete all project closeout documentation and approve release of any retention
- Ensure that regular safety meetings are conducted with employees and subcontractors
- Schedule and conduct regular job meetings with all parties as required for success
- Ensure the management of job is communicated and documented through verbal and/or written reports on regular basis using the provided IT tools
- Maintain and foster positive working relationships with all parties involved
- Represent GSD as a professional at all times

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:
- Experience as PM or APM managing ground up multi-family, mid-rise, AL, hotel or similar multi story projects up to $10M
- Well versed in sequencing and scheduling
- Strong ability to read construction plans and specifications written by project designers
- Understand job cost control and cost control reporting
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Red Team project management tools experience a plus
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management a plus
