We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing Customer Care Team. This is a very critical role at Ornare, as you will be responsible for coordinating the installation team, inspections, walk throughs, replacement parts, organizing our warehouse and ensuring a great client relationship through the process. About the position:
Our work really begins after the sale. The Project Coordinator manages the entire installation and is the key contact with the client during the installation process. As an ongoing presence on site, the Project Coordinator is able to establish strong rapport with GC’s and designers.
Key accountabilities include:
Inspection: visit job sites prior to installation to verify that conditions are suitable to begin work; troubleshoot and find solutions with the General Contractor and/or installation team
Installation Assistance: analyze drawings, installation sequence and special conditions; meet with installers on the first day to review details to start the job; discuss project related issues with the installers and GC; call counter top company and coordinate installation with the team; troubleshoot and find solutions with GC and/or installation team
Walk-through: leads the internal walk through with Installers and external walk through with clients
Replacement parts: Process all required replacement parts with Engineering Department and schedule with GC and/or client; meet with installer at job site to grant and confirm the completion of the job; schedule and complete the final walk-through
Auditing: create and manage compliance reports (product quality control and performance of installers); report results and goals to Director
Coordination of installation: initiate contact with clients to organize the installation; prioritize and coordinate installation agenda with installers; plan installer’s schedule; schedule walk through on last day of installation with installers and client; communicate results of walk through with GC and client
