The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting our Director of Construction and Project Manager with all aspects of our projects.   You will be in charge of keeping the ball in the air at all times from the inception to conclusion of our projects.

 

Snapshot of key accountabilities:

 

  • Write proposals and letters
  • Establish permits and follow through with the entire permitting process including job site inspections
  • Conduct “walk throughs” of potential jobs in order to have a clear understanding of the project
  • Organize and maintain job/project folders through closing of jobs and close out documents for GC’s
  • Monitor and oversee the bidding process
  • Order material, equipment, parts through established purchasing procedures
  • Process invitations to bid
  • Submit requests for information
  • Produce change orders and submittals
  • Monitor all daily logs and weekly time sheets
  • Maintain training calendar

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

 

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Construction experience or open to learning the construction process
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent grasp of technology and computerized systems
  • Valid and insurable Florida Driver’s License
