Requirements:
Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers:
- 5, 10, 15+ years experience respectively managing $25M, $50M and $70M condos, hospitality and office projects
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with CMIC or other project management software
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
Assistant PM’s & Project Engineers:
- Experience in commercial construction including document control, RFI’s, submittals (change orders for APM)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with CMIC or other project management software
- Experience with Adobe or BIM
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
Sr. Superintendent:
- 20 years experience with 10 managing every aspect of the job including staff/subs
- Heavy structural background
- Managed high rise and/or hotels at least $50M+
- Out of the ground dewatering experience a must
- MS Office
- Scheduling software including MS Project and Primavera P6
Superintendent:
- 10 years experience managing every aspect of the job including staff/subs
- Projects $10M+ out of the ground to completion
- Tilt up experience
- MS Office
- Scheduling software including MS Project and Primavera P6
Interior Superintendent:
- Min. 10 years experience including MEP coordination, interior design and close out
- Projects $60M+ managing interior sequence and coordination of high rise condo and/or hotel towers
- MS Office
- Scheduling software including MS Project and Primavera P6
Structural Superintendent:
- Min. 10 years heavy structural experience
- Projects $60M+ on fast track high rise condos out of the ground
- Able to schedule all aspects of the shell including reinforcing, post tension, shoring, concrete, structural steel and testing and inspection of all
- MS Office
- Scheduling software including MS Project and Primavera P6
MEP Superintendent:
- Min. 20 years experience with strong MEP coordination, interior design and close out
- Projects $50M+ on fast track high rise condos
- Experience with local inspectors
- Solve problems vs. pointing them out
- MS Office
- MS Project for weekly look ahead schedule
QC/QA/Warranty Superintendent:
- Min. 20 years experience with deep knowledge of the industry
- Projects $50M+ on fast track high rise condos
- MEP and design background with strong coordination of work flow
- Follow up documentation proving product installed per plans and specs
- Solve problems vs. pointing them out
- MS Office
- MS project for weekly look ahead schedule
Project Coordinator:
- 2 years experience in commercial construction including document control is preferable or desire to learn
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with CMIC or other project management software
- Experience with Adobe, CAD or BIM
Administrative Assistant:
- 3-5 years experience with construction contracts and insurance compliance
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with CMIC or other project management software
- Minimum 2 year degree preferred
Project Accountant:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a project accountant in construction or job-cost related industry
- Strong understanding of overall project execution process, including budgeting, cost reporting, cost control, schedule and anticipated cost and project profitability
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with Timberline or other accounting software
- Experience with CMIC or other project management software a plus
- Minimum 2 year degree in accounting or business; 4 year degree preferred
Scheduler:
- Minimum 10 years as a scheduler with experience in high rise, fast track projects from $20 to $80M
- Project mix includes hotels, condos and apartment buildings both out of the ground and restoration and build-out
- Experience monitoring multiple projects simultaneously creating weekly updates
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Scheduling software including Primavera (P6)
- Bachelors degree
Estimator:
- Minimum 5 years experience for Estimator and 10 years for Senior level
- Strong knowledge of all divisions – interiors and base building
- Ability to do on screen takeoffs
- Strong conceptual estimating skills
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Bachelors degree preferred
