Key Accountabilities:

Brand Awareness:

  • Lead and Develop Marketing Brand Plans to ensure focused brand strategy and appropriate tactical mix, balancing return on investment and brand impact
  • Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers, sales force, and 3rd party organizations
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
  • Analyze the ROI of our marketing and lead generation activities to determine which are the best drivers to increase brand awareness

Online Marketing:

  • Develop and lead the online marketing strategy for the company to optimize SEO and sales efforts
  • Lead creation of new company web site providing coordination of design, content, SEO, and timeline with outside vendor
  • Create and edit videos for company YouTube page
  • Write compelling content to promote the portfolio of products
  • Create, manage and execute the overall social media marketing strategy for Ituran  including: social media campaigns, blogs and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to generate sales and leads for the Company.

Market Research:

 

  • Scout the competition/do a benchmark to compare Ituran to other leaders in the industry
  • Develop relationships with clients, field sales and management to identify needs, leverage client expertise to perfect the Company’s message and collaborate in the expansion of new services/products Identify market opportunities and threats, assess current products and services, and develop appropriate recommendations

 

Sales Support:

  • Support lead generation and prospecting efforts to ensure an increasing pipeline by entering all leads into CRM and maintaining, updating and distributing all internal pipeline reporting to optimize our marketing channels
  • Create email blasts for various customer groups
  • Lead the creation of traditional marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, catalogs, signage, print, promotional items ads, etc.
  • Manage company promotional items inventory and catalog
  • Manage the process of showcasing Ituran’s solutions at conferences.

 

Must haves:

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B marketing, copy writing, program and event management, SEO strategy and implementation and Social Media
  • Proven experience of leading projects from a raw idea to execution
  • Experience managing vendors (timeline, negotiation, communication)
  • Experience writing briefs (taking an idea from a roundtable discussion to a marketing brief that will result in a good marketing piece)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting timeline goals within budget
  • Technology savvy (able to think critically about technology, effectively use technology, understand how technology supports business strategy, knowledge of web & PC based technologies, etc.)
  • Excellent business and marketing acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Superb English and outstanding writing skills (a writing sample will be requested)
  • Minimum 2 year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

 Preferred:

  • Experience with design and layout of attention grabbing presentations and communications collateral
  • Automotive marketing experience
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative (Photoshop preferred)
  • 4 year degree in Marketing , Communications or related field
