Plaza Construction Group South Florida is soaring with new projects and seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team for our new projects in Miami. This is your opportunity to make an impact on one of the top 25 GC’s in South Florida!

Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Assist in the planning of marketing activities
  • Help put together resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
  • Develop proposal sections with input from our technical staff
  • Update social media ,web site information and collateral material
  • Coordinate the activities of specialized consultants such as photographers, PR agency, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate special events such as career fairs, top out parties, etc.

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle several projects at one time without missing a beat


Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:


  • Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of marketing experience highly preferred or experience in the A/E/C industry in lieu of degree
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures of value
  • Must be proficient with desktop publishing software including AdobeSuite (InDesign/PhotoShop/Illustrator)
  • Familiar with database concepts
  • Experience with social media as a marketing tool
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
