Inside Sales – are you a relationship builder?
We are a stable, 50 year old company in the commercial audio visual industry seeking a bilingual Inside Sales person to sell to and support our customers outside the US. A key component of this position entails making outbound calls to prospects and acquire new customers in the focused segment of systems integrators and related broadcast and commercial AV firms outside the US. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with both new and any assigned existing customers while maintaining and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls from assigned lead lists and targeted leads to acquire new customers and build relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prospect to existing customers to increase wallet share and grow the business
- Document all relevant customer data in tools provided to manage pipeline and customer base to ensure proper contact communication based upon customer requirements
- Ensure compliance and adherence to sales process and procedures
- Review weekly and monthly sales reports to monitor customer performance
- Attend and participate in all required sales and training meetings
- Achieve sales GP financial goals

Skills, Experience, Knowledge Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the Broadcast and Commercial AV industries
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate extensively and effectively via phone as well as email
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 2 year degree preferred
