Herman PRO AV is an innovative leading distributor of cable, connectivity and infrastructure audio visual products to the commercial AV and Broadcast industries.  In business for over 45 years, we offer you stability and growth.  This position is a combination of both a sales and a support role with responsibility for making outbound calls to qualify prospects and acquire customers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound sales calls from lead lists and acquire new customers and build relationships
  • Work all manufacturer referrals to facilitate the sales process, qualify the opportunity and follow through to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to insure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect to existing customers to increase wallet share and grow the business
  • Document relevant customer data in Sales Force, manage pipeline, and customer base to insure proper contact communication
  • Maintain complete and accurate database of all inbound referral customers in referral log

  • Minimum 2 year sales experience including B2B outbound calling and closing over the phone
  • Commercial AV knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Two year degree
  • Excellent speaking skills
