Snapshot of key accountabilities:

This position manages the day to day operations of the HR function for 120 employees, including:

  • Administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Development of a talent pipeline through ongoing recruitment and sourcing of the highest qualified candidates
  • Employee performance management and improvement
  • Compliance and reporting
  • On boarding of new employees
  • Compensation and benefits administration

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • At least 5 years as an HR generalist including solid experience in benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance
  • Experience dealing with field personnel in a construction related industry is highly desired
  • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • PHR or SPHR Certification is a plus
