About the position:

The Executive VP Sales will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy (including product positioning, product pricing, and promotion), sales strategy (who should we target for early sales), and channel strategy.   In addition to direct selling, the EVP Sales will oversee and build the direct sales force as well as developing the sales channel to support our revenue goals. The EVP will be working closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP Supply Chain, while reporting directly to the CEO.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a business-to-business sales executive role
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the Window industry and its various sales channels is MANDATORY
  • Key references and relationships in the Window industry
  • Proven experience doing business-to-business product pricing, placement, and promotion
  • Proven experience in significantly scaling company revenue
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Experience with one or more CRMs (i.e. SalesForce)
  • Able to travel a minimum of 30% of the time both domestically and internationally
