We are a dynamic, demanding industrial environment processing a high end product with a diverse workforce including plant operators, technicians and managers, all with different needs and HR challenges. We are growing significantly with near term expansion plans in our existing plants and adding new production facilities outside of Florida, with HR playing a critical role in our growth. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business driving key initiatives and being a key member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
