Development Service Solutions (DSS), a dynamic and rapidly growing South Florida construction management company, is seeking an equally dynamic and driven Director of Business Development to join our team of great professionals. DSS provides owners’ representative and project management services to the commercial, educational and governmental construction, remodeling and refurbishment markets. DSS helps it’s clients by achieving millions of dollars in savings during the planning phases of a project and then keeping everything on track during construction. Some of our exciting projects include the Ransom Everglades School, the iconic 1111 Lincoln Road parking garage, and The Clevelander Hotel.
About the position:
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing new relationships that bring in new, first-time clients, in order to meet our aggressive 3 to 5 year revenue growth targets.
