Silver Bullet Water Treatment is seeking a dynamic CFO to drive our business goals and provide growth strategies for our patented electro-chemical water treatment system that treats water without the use of additive chemicals for industrial water, agricultural drinking water and cooling towers.   You will have a huge impact on our growing company by providing the leadership, management and vision for ensuring Silver Bullet has the proper operational controls, the administrative and reporting procedures in place, and corporate accounting and internal financial reporting to ensure our financial strength and operating efficiency.

Snapshot of key accountabilities:

  • Work collaboratively with CEO and other functional heads to establish the strategic plan for the business, annual operating objectives, organizational policies and procedures for attaining business objectives.
  • Develop and manage strong financial and operational reporting metrics and processes.
  • Develop company financial performance measures to support the company’s strategic plan
  • Prepare monthly forecast updates and modeling
  • Manage company financial resources and relationships with banks
  • Help improve and build internal control systems
  • Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and working with auditors
  • Work with the Tax Accountant to prepare annual member K1s in a timely fashion

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Ten+ years of experience, including minimum five years as a CFO or senior level financial position
  • Operations and/or sales management experience a plus.
  • Required Experience:
    • Corporate accounting experience in a manufacturing company
    • Foreign subsidiaries accounting (preferably Mexico)
    • Sales tax nationally
    • Modeling, forecasting and budgeting
    • Implementing accounting systems and control procedures
  • 4 year degree required (Accounting/Business/Finance preferred)
  • Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
  • Advanced applications software expertise in Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce required (Financial Force preferred)
