Our patented thermochromic filter sets RavenWindow apart, automatically transitioning to a tinted state during hot conditions to manage solar heat gain, while allowing solar heat flow during cold conditions. This innovative technology translates into the only Smart Window product with an attractive two to five year ROI based on energy savings. That’s just the beginning!

About the position:

The CEO will be responsible for leading the company from its roots as an innovative developer of energy-efficient building technologies to a leading large-scale manufacturer of dynamic windows. The CEO will oversee all facets of operations including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Fundraising and Finance. Mission critical key accountabilities include:

Financial:

  • Achieve budget for revenue, profit and cash flow
  • Raise the capital needed to support our growth

Manufacturing:

  • Achieve automated line throughput to meet our revenue goals
  • Develop supply chain relationships to achieve COGS goals

Sales:

  • Develop the sales channel to support our revenue goals

Team:

  • Hire as necessary and develop management team capable of achieving our growth goals

Traits required for success:

A sense of urgency and confidence to handle a variety of challenges as well as innovative and creative problem solving will help you achieve the results consistent with our culture.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Minimum 15 years as a senior executive with at least 5 years as a CEO
  • Proven success in significantly scaling company revenue
  • Strong sales and operations experience
  • Experience in securing funding sources
  • Demonstrated ability in developing supply chain relationships
  • Knowledge or familiarity with the window industry is preferred
  • 4 year degree required; advanced degree is desirable
  • Able to travel a minimum of 30% of the time both domestically and internationally
