Key responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the sales person in the showroom
  • Assist in answering phone  and transfer calls to appropriate extensions
  • Support sales team with sampling and preparation of meetings
  • Restock and maintain sample inventory
  • Receive and sign for packages from FedEx and UPS
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of showroom and lunchroom
  • Maintain client database with weekly pipeline update and management
  • Maintain customer contact database
  • Expedite all shipping
  • Verify in/outgoing deliveries and record into shipping log
  • Filing

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 2+years office support ,receptionist or sales
  • Quickbooks knowledge a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus
