Administrative Assistant – Miami, FL

Plaza Construction Group (Miami) is soaring with new projects and seeking an organized and detailed Administrative Assistant to the  President .   This is your opportunity to make an impact with one of the top 25 GC’s in South Florida!  This Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a myriad of tasks including mostly heavy calendaring and travel arrangements.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook for calendaring
  • Technically savvy – comfortable with cloud based software, iphone apps, etc.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Minimum 2 year degree preferred
