 Key accountabilities include:

  • New business development:
    • Prospect for new leads via cold calling, networking, and follow-up to other marketing activities
    • Direct qualified opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including giving presentations/demos,  developing proposals, and negotiating the close
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
    • Customer Service/Relationship development:
      • Manage the onboarding process for new customers
      • Ensure customer understanding of our value proposition
      • Generate referrals through the cultivation of existing and new customers, in addition to our alliance partners
      • Promote our product with confidence and passion

Other Requirements:

  • 3-5 years full sales cycle experience with a record of winning new business
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Skilled at telephone sales and experienced in generating new leads, cold calling
  • Consultative sales skills, adept at selling value
  • Software or technical sales in a B2B environment is highly preferred
  • Experience selling to previously mentioned industries
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum four year degree preferred
