Client Services – Boca Raton, FL

Datamyx is a marketing information company providing a proprietary online platform to optimize our clients’ acquisition, cross-selling and retention programs.  We are seeking to add a Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our aggressive growth plans.  This is a new position created to assist our Director of Sales in the maintenance and growth of our existing client base.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for account growth through research, sales strategies, contact strategies (e.g. email, phone, mail and social media) and all other matters related to revenue generation for existing accounts within specific vertical markets
  • Develop opportunities to cross sell and upsell existing clients with effective phone skills
  • Assist our internal team to pursue key clients
  • Provide market feedback to management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
  • Proactively solicit feedback from clients on their current and future needs

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years Account Management experience with a proven track record of building a professional and trusting relationship with clients
  • Experience in the financial services/mortgage or insurance verticals highly desirable
  • Experience in direct marketing and/or credit industries preferred
  • Familiar with a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Articulate and comfortable on the phone
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • 4 year degree of value
