Ms. Roffwarg was well prepared and organized, maintained extraordinary rapport and invited meaningful participation, and is extremely knowledgeable about hiring. I now have a much clearer understanding of the importance of planning in the hiring process and the relevance of asking historical vs. rhetorical questions.
